I know you've been feeling a bit down (read your journal) so I thought I'd cheer you up a bit with a gift.

Cheer up a bit, being sad isn't good, and even if you feel that way just remember that we're all human, we all make mistakes by thinking or acting in some way but it's those mistakes that helps us grow and understand the world a little better and from a different point of view so we can try not to make those same mistakes again.

It's also ok to want a little attention.. You didn't ask for those things that happened to you nor are you responsible for other people's problems..

I can't explain this very well but seriously, we all made and still make those same mistakes sometimes but as long as you feel bad for making them and try to make things better, either for yourself or someone else, everything will be ok
